• Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in cancellation.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the specified due date. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without a refund.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, supplier rates, and taxes. We will inform you of any changes before finalizing your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policies of the respective service providers, such as airlines or hotels. Additional cancellation fees may apply.

b) Cancellation by Travaro

• If Travaro cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

4. Travel Documentation

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all required documents (aadhar, passports, visas, etc.) are valid and up to date.
• Travaro assists with documentation but cannot guarantee approvals from consulates or other authorities.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. Travaro is not liable for any expenses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Travaro is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
• Liability for third-party services rests with the respective service provider.

7. User Conduct on the Website

• Users must not engage in unauthorized activities, such as hacking or scraping data.
• All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.
