Welcome & Check-in (2:00 PM)

Upon arrival in Gangtok, check in to the Mount Himalayan Hotel & Spa, a 4-star luxury retreat nestled in the scenic town of Tadong. Conveniently located near Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Nam Nam Viewpoint, and MG Market, this hotel blends modern comfort with authentic Sikkimese tradition. With mesmerizing views of the Himalayan ranges and serene valleys, it offers an ideal start to your journey.

Panch Ganga Temple

Situated near the Mahabaleshwar Temple, Panch Ganga is a sacred spot where five rivers – Krishna, Venna, Koyna, Savitri, and Gayatri – meet. It offers a spiritual experience amidst the tranquil hills.

Krishnabai Temple

Just a short walk from Panch Ganga Temple, this historic temple provides stunning views of the Krishna River Valley and is an iconic photo spot.

Elphinstone Point

Located 10 km from the town center, this viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the Pratapgarh Fort and surrounding valleys. It’s perfect for capturing panoramic shots of the region.

Savitri Point

This popular vantage point is 1 km from Arthur’s Seat and provides mesmerizing views of the Savitri River Valley. It is especially loved for its tranquility and scenic beauty.

Arthur’s Seat Point

Known as the “Queen of Points,” Arthur’s Seat is the most famous viewpoint in Mahabaleshwar. At 13 km from the bus stand, it offers a stunning bird’s-eye view of the deep valleys and surrounding mountains.

Bombay Point / Sunset Point

End the day at Bombay Point, where you can witness the majestic sunset over the valleys. It’s a favorite spot for tourists to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty.

Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake)

📍 Altitude: 12,400 ft | Distance: 35 km from Gangtok

Embark on a breathtaking journey to Tsomgo Lake, a sacred oval-shaped glacial lake revered by both Buddhists and Hindus. Surrounded by snow-clad peaks, the lake reflects the beauty of the Himalayan landscape. Look out for the Ruddy Shelduck (Brahminy Duck), a striking migratory bird with orange and brown feathers.

🛂 Permit Required: Indian and foreign nationals must obtain a permit to visit Tsomgo Lake. Foreign visitors must hire a licensed guide.

Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir

Pay homage at the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian Army soldier whose spirit is believed to guard the nation’s borders. Locals and army personnel revere this site, and many believe that water kept in his shrine possesses healing properties.

Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park
