Welcome to Kochi, fondly called the “Queen of the Arabian Sea.” Upon arrival at Kochi International Airport, transfer to your hotel and check in. Relax and unwind, or take some time to explore the local markets at your leisure for souvenirs (on your own). In the evening, meet your Tour Manager and fellow travelers. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast and check out by 8:30 AM to explore Kochi’s iconic attractions. Visit the Mattancherry Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays and public holidays), Jewish Synagogue (closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays), St. Francis Church (closed on Sunday mornings), and the Chinese Fishing Nets, an iconic symbol of Kochi’s rich history.

Experience a scenic ferry ride and a journey on India’s first Water Metro at Marine Drive, followed by a tea/coffee break. After lunch, begin your journey to the hill station of Munnar, known as the ‘Nature Lover’s Paradise.’ En route, visit the enchanting Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

After breakfast, set out at 8:30 AM for a full day of sightseeing in Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park (spotting the rare Nilgiri Tahr), the lush Tea Estates, Mattupetty Dam, Eco Point, Pothenmedu Viewpoint, The Blossom Hydel Park, Munnar Botanical Garden, and the local market. Take a tea/coffee break during the day to recharge.

After a fulfilling day of exploring Munnar’s stunning landscapes and attractions, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Note: Eravikulam National Park is closed from Feb 1 to March 31. Alternate sightseeing will be arranged.

Post breakfast, check out by 8:30 AM and head to Thekkady, a mesmerizing destination known for its spice plantations. En route, visit a Tea Factory and a Spice Plantation, with a tea/coffee break along the way. After lunch at a local restaurant, check in to your hotel and relax.

Later, stroll through Thekkady’s lively streets and visit Elephant Junction for an exciting elephant ride. Witness an enthralling live performance of Kalaripayattu, Kerala’s traditional martial art. End the day with a rejuvenating 15-minute foot massage (for adults 18+). Return to your hotel for dinner and rest.

After breakfast, check out at 8:30 AM and head to Alleppey, famously called the ‘Venice of the East.’ Enjoy a refreshing tea/coffee break along the way. Upon arrival, embark on a serene houseboat cruise through the picturesque backwaters, accompanied by a delightful onboard lunch.

After the cruise, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure, followed by dinner at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kochi Airport for your onward journey, carrying cherished memories of Kerala.

  • Dynamic Pricing

  • Tour prices are dynamic and subject to change based on booking timelines and availability. Early bookings generally secure the lowest prices, while last-minute bookings may incur higher costs.
  • Pricing discrepancies between travelers on the same group tour are a result of this dynamic pricing model, and no claims will be entertained regarding such differences.
  • Prices quoted are based on prevailing hotel, transport tariffs, and applicable taxes at the time of proposal or brochure publication. The company reserves the right to amend tour prices in case of cost increases before departure. These increases must be paid in full prior to departure.
  • Health & Safety

  • Argo Tours and Transport (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors or their employees, agents, or service providers engaged in providing accommodation, refreshments, transport, or other services.
  • The company assumes no responsibility for temporary or permanent loss or damage to personal baggage or effects, regardless of cause.
  • Clients with complaints about services provided by independent contractors must notify the contractor in writing immediately and provide a copy to the company’s tour manager for resolution.
  • Claims or complaints must be submitted in writing to the company within 28 days of the tour's conclusion. Complaints submitted beyond this period will not be entertained.
  • The company’s employees, including tour managers, are covered by the contract’s immunities. However, these immunities do not extend to independent contractors.
  • Each condition of this contract is severable. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • Hotel Accommodation

  • Hotel names mentioned in the tour itinerary are indicative and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative accommodations of similar standards will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for such changes.
  • The company is not responsible for property loss, life loss, or damages caused during the stay. Any damage caused to hotel property will be payable by the clients, and the company will not be held liable.
  • Agreement

  • User Agreement: This website is provided by Argo Tours and Transport (OPC) Private Limited, and its use is subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices provided herein.
  • Amendments: Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By using this website, you agree to abide by these terms and any amendments made.
  • Convenience Fee: Any convenience fee charged during a transaction is non-refundable.
  • Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms, conditions, and notices. Please review all terms and guidelines provided throughout the website to ensure compliance.
  • Terms & Conditions:

    Cancellation Policy

    If the client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason, including personal reasons such as death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance amount, the company will levy cancellation charges as follows:
  • 30+ days before departure: Initial deposit amount.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost or the initial deposit amount, whichever is higher.
  • 14 days or less before departure or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost.
  • Any amendments or cancellations must be communicated in writing. If amendments result in service cancellations, applicable cancellation charges will apply as per the policy. Cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the company. Additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products will incur cancellation charges based on the respective providers’ policies, including service fees.

    Refunds

    Refunds for amendments or cancellations will be processed as follows:
  • For bookings made directly with the company, refunds will be issued via demand draft, crossed cheque, or cash at the company’s discretion.
  • For bookings made through travel agents, refunds will be routed through them.
  • Refund processing may take up to 30 days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused services such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, or hotels.

    Conditions of Travel

  • Clients must follow the tour itinerary strictly. No refunds will be provided for failure to join, late joining, or early departure from the tour.
  • If clients cannot commence or continue the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, loss of documents), no refunds will be provided for unused services.
  • Pre-tour services availed but unused for the main tour will be treated as a no-show, with no refunds issued.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the membership of clients whose behavior disrupts the tour.
  • Health & Safety

  • The company is not liable for acts or omissions by independent contractors providing accommodation, transport, or other services.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings is the client’s responsibility, regardless of cause.
  • Complaints regarding third-party services must be reported in writing to both the service provider and the company tour manager.
  • Hotel Accommodation

  • Hotel names are indicative and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative accommodation of a similar standard will be provided without refunds.
  • Clients are liable for damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included in the tour package. Clients are advised to procure suitable insurance independently.
  • Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change based on factors such as fuel surcharges, seasonality, and supplier tariffs. Any increases must be paid in full before departure.
  • The company is not liable for claims arising from price discrepancies between clients in the same tour group.
  • Meals

  • Pre-set menus are provided for meals as per the itinerary. Meals may be served at hotels, local restaurants, or as packed meals during excursions.
  • Special dietary requests cannot be guaranteed. Missed meals cannot be claimed for refunds.
  • Foreign Exchange Policy

  • Clients must ensure all foreign exchange transactions comply with RBI guidelines.
  • Cash deposits in the company’s bank account are not permitted and may result in forfeiture.
  • No cancellations are allowed for foreign exchange products. Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable charges.
  • Dispute Resolution

    In case of disputes, the decision of Argo Tours and Transport (OPC) Private Limited will be final and binding.

    Client Agreement

    By booking with Argo Tours and Transport (OPC) Private Limited, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms may result in penalties, cancellation of services, or additional charges.
