To help you plan your trip, we have put together a list of what's included and what's not included in your tour package. This will give you a clear understanding of what to expect and help you make any necessary arrangements before your journey begins.

Accommodation: Stay in the mentioned or similar hotels.
Meals: Daily breakfast provided (except on Day 1).
Transportation:
Transfers and sightseeing by AC vehicle (AC will be switched off during hill drives).
Vehicle Type:
Air-conditioned Sedan (Indigo/Etios/Dzire/Xcent/Aura) for 2-3 adults.
MUV (Ertiga/Kia Carens/Marazzo/Xylo/Innova) for 4-5 adults.
Tempo Traveller for 6-9 adults.
Taxes and Fees:
All toll taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances included.
All applicable hotel taxes (excluding GST at the current rate).
Travel Insurance: Included for travelers below 69 years of age.

Transport Services: Transportation to/from the originating place to the ex-hub as per the itinerary is not included.
Travel Fare: Air, train, bus, or cruise fare to/from the originating city of stay is excluded unless specified.
Meals: Any meals not mentioned in the "Price Includes" section are not covered.
Additional Destinations: Visits to destinations not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
Holiday Supplements: Additional costs for long weekends, festive periods, blackout dates, Christmas, and New Year Gala Dinners are excluded.
Entrance Fees: Charges for entry to sightseeing places to be visited from the inside are not included.
Price Adjustments: Costs arising from an increase in fuel prices or new government taxes are excluded.
Hotel Upgrades: Expenses for hotel or room category upgrades or pre/post-tour accommodation are not covered.
Extra Expenses: Additional expenses due to route changes, airline changes, travel date changes, or accommodation adjustments caused by unforeseen circumstances are not included.
Personal Expenses: Costs for porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, sanctuary park fees, camera fees, elephant/horse/pony rides, boat rides, alcoholic beverages, mineral water, or other personal items are excluded.
Medical Emergencies: Any extra costs incurred due to illness, accidents, hospitalization, or personal emergencies are not included.

DAY 1 - Arrival in Kochi and Transfer to Munnar

Welcome to Kochi, famously known as the “Queen of the Arabian Sea.” Upon arrival at Kochi International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, begin your scenic drive to the hill station of Munnar, renowned as a ‘Nature Lover’s Paradise.’ Surrounded by lush greenery, majestic hills, and sprawling tea plantations, Munnar is a perfect retreat. En route, stop at the stunning Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Upon arrival, check into your hotel or resort and enjoy a relaxing evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 2 - Munnar Sightseeing

Start your day with a delightful breakfast and head out for a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Immerse yourself in the refreshing aroma of tea plantations and visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr. Explore the scenic beauty of Mattupetty Dam and the charm of Old Munnar Town. After a day filled with captivating sights, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Munnar Exploration

Enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing your exploration of Munnar. Visit Eco Point, known for its serene views, and spend time at The Blossom Hydel Park and Munnar Botanical Garden. After exploring these attractions, return to your hotel for a restful evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 4 - Departure from Munnar

After savoring a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel. Conclude your memorable Kerala journey with a scenic drive back to Kochi Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station. Bid farewell to the enchanting landscapes of Kerala, taking along a treasure trove of unforgettable memories.

Important Notes:

Insurance: Travel/medical insurance is not included in the tour cost. Clients are advised to purchase suitable coverage independently. Claims must be handled directly with the insurance company, and the tour company is not involved. For details, contact the sales team.

Force Majeure & Pricing: Tour prices are dynamic; early bookings secure lower prices, while last-minute bookings may incur higher rates. Prices in brochures are based on prevailing tariffs and taxes at the time of printing and are subject to change if costs increase before departure. Clients must pay any price adjustments in full before the tour. The company will not entertain claims regarding pricing differences among group travelers.

Terms & Conditions:

Amendments and Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the timing:

30+ days before departure: Initial deposit amount.

15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost or initial deposit (whichever is higher).

14 days or less/no-show: 100% of the total tour cost.

Credit notes may be issued for cancellations due to health reasons with valid documents. Airline cancellations follow respective policies.

Amendments must be submitted in writing, and charges apply for cancellations resulting from such changes.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed via cheque/demand draft for direct bookings or routed through travel agents for agency bookings.

Processing refunds may take up to 30 days. No refunds for unused services or no-shows.

Conditions of Travel

Clients must adhere to the tour itinerary. No refunds for missed portions of the tour.

The company is not liable for cancellations due to illness, loss of documents, or unforeseen events.

Misbehavior disrupting the tour may result in membership termination without liability.

Meals

Pre-set menus for meals, served at designated locations. Special dietary requests are not guaranteed. Missed meals are non-refundable.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included; clients must arrange it independently.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are dynamic and based on booking timelines.

Any cost increases (e.g., fuel hikes, tax changes) must be paid before departure.

Booking Policy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents and complying with government regulations, including foreign exchange limits and COVID-19 protocols.

Convenience fees are non-refundable. Cash deposits into company accounts are not allowed and may be forfeited.

Promo Code Offers

Discounts are applied as per offer details. Minimum passenger requirements or payment terms may apply.

The company reserves the right to amend or discontinue promo codes without notice.

Force Majeure

Pricing discrepancies among group travelers are due to dynamic pricing and cannot be contested.

The company reserves the right to amend prices before departure due to unforeseen costs.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the decision of Argo Tours and Transport (OPC) Private Limited is final and binding.
