Payment Policy
- A deposit of 25-30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 15-30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided; 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In case of a no-show: No refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be provided through the original payment method used during booking.
- Any applicable third-party service charges will be deducted from the refund.
