Itinerary
Every day of your journey has been meticulously planned to offer an unforgettable experience. Embark on a captivating journey through some of the world's most intriguing and breathtaking destinations with us.
Begin your journey with a pickup from Chandigarh Railway Station or Bus Stand by a private vehicle. Drive to Narkanda, surrounded by picturesque hills and apple orchards. Check into your hotel and enjoy a delightful dinner.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Sangla, passing through the charming town of Sarahan. Stop to visit the historic Bhimakali Temple and admire the hydro project at Karcham Dam.
Arrive at Sangla by evening and check into your hotel. Spend your evening in the serene Baspa River Valley, nestled at 9,000 ft, often compared to the Kashmir Valley for its beauty. Explore the Kamru Fort and Kamakhya Devi Temple.
Later, take an excursion to Chitkul, the last village on the Old Indo-Tibetan Trade Route. Walk through lush apple orchards and alongside glistening streams. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and head toward Nako. Visit the serene Nako Lake before proceeding to Tabo. Along the way, stop at the confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers at Khab.
Upon reaching Tabo, explore the ancient Tabo Monastery, a treasure trove of Buddhist art and culture. Visit the Tabo Caves, nestled in the hills opposite the village, and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in Tabo.
Post breakfast, check out and continue your journey to Kaza. En route, stop at Dhankar Monastery, a stunning Buddhist temple perched at 3,894 meters, offering breathtaking views of the Spiti Valley.
Arrive at Kaza by evening and check into your hotel. Enjoy a hearty dinner and rest for the night.
After breakfast, begin your day of exploration in Kaza. Visit the Key Monastery, a renowned Buddhist learning center, and marvel at the stunning vistas. Stop by Chicham Bridge, Asia’s highest bridge at 13,596 ft, connecting Chicham and Kibber villages.
Later, visit Komic Village, the highest village in the world at 15,027 ft, and explore Langza Village, known for its ancient fossils. Conclude with a visit to Hikkim Village, home to the world’s highest post office. Return to your hotel in Kaza for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Kalpa, a charming town in Kinnaur district. Visit Roghi Village, famous for its apple orchards and traditional lifestyle, and explore the Kalpa Monastery (Hu-Bu-Lan-Kar) to immerse in Kinnauri culture.
Stop at the Kalpa View Point for spectacular views of the Kinnaur Kailash range, visit the dramatic Suicide Point, and explore the bustling Reckong Peo Market for local shopping. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Chandigarh. Arrive at the railway station or airport for your onward journey, taking with you sweet memories of the Spiti Valley adventure.
